REFUND POLICY
Deposit of $150 is due with the application and full payment due by June 1. Our refund policy is designed to minimize the impact to both parties in the event of a player's cancellation. It applies regardless of the reason for cancellation. Due to expenses incurred with each application, $75 of the participant fee is non-refundable for cancellations prior to July 1. For cancellations between July 1 and July 22, $200.00 of the fee is non-refundable. The entire fee is non-refundable for ANY early departures or cancellations after July 21.
