GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Ground transportation on July 21 from the airport to CU campus and on July 24 from CU to the airport is available at a nominal cost. We have contracted with a local company and will do shuttles based on arrival info supplied to us. We will send out an email to everyone who registers for 205 WEST with a link where they can register for ground transportation. We will send out this email as we draw nearer to camp in the summer.
Use only Denver International (DEN) airport. Arrivals on Saturday July 21 should be between 9:00 AM and Noon. Departures on Saturday July 24 should be NO EARLIER than noon.
PRIOR NOTIFICATION OF ARRIVAL INFORMATION IS MANDATORY
READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY AND PRINT IT OUT:
Shuttle FROM DIA to CU on Wednesday July 21: Shuttles will depart hourly beginning in the early morning through mid-afternoon. .
We will email details about ground transportation info before players depart for camp on Wednesday July 21. Players will be directed to assemble at a specific location inside DIA, then escorted by 205 staffers to buses. Buses will drop off campers near the registration location at CU.
Shuttle FROM CU to DIA on Saturday July 24: Shuttles will depart hourly from the CU campus beginning at 10am.
Players must check out from dorms and report to the departure point
as early as possible after their games. Bus takes approximately one hour to DIA.
PLAYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING THE SHUTTLE TO DIA and NO ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR PLAYERS WHO MISS THE BUS.
There is no service or rooms available before check-in or following the check-out day on Saturday. If you need to arrive prior to check-in, it is your responsibility to secure lodging. We suggest any of the airport hotels from which a shuttle can be taken to the main terminal for pick-up on check-in day.
